Welcome to Canada’s dirty little secret. Some people are not subject to the same laws as most citizens.
When government officials and judges error, they can conspire to give themselves get-out-of-jail-free cards. When this happens, to varying degrees, all citizens suffer.
Since 1995 a citizen of Ontario has demanded justice. It started over gravel, that’s right, stones used to build roads. The government forced the closure of part of his business, fined him, raided his property, canceled contracts, threatened jail, labeled as a troublemaker, and banished him from the courts. He spent millions of dollars and countless hours attempting to defend himself.
At first, they did not realize they were dealing with a Canadian paratrooper with fearless resolve, a former Ontario town & regional councilor that knows how government works. He loves his country, served it well, and then got sand kicked in his face.
Who is this man? What is the situation? Where has this happened? When? And, how much has this cost him and taxpayers such as you?
What does he want? He wants Justice for himself, his family and fixes to the legal system for the sake of all citizens.
The story of his legal fight is two decades long, and the final chapter has yet to be written.

- If you are a citizen, then send your MP and MPP a link to this website and demand justice. Ask them to report back to you on their actions.
- If you are a law student, then learn from our books and broadly share your observations and ideas for remedy.
- If you are employed at one of the organizations cited in our books, then blow-the-whistle. Beware that the laws that protect Canadian whistleblowers also need reform, so proceed cautiously. Get advice from a lawyer that is more loyal to clients than the folks that run the legal system.
- If you work at the Law Society of Upper Canada, then stop pretending there isn’t a problem and sincerely investigate illegal solicitor actions.
